Engage dc gala awards

My team was invited by Engage, a nonprofit promoting women’s economic security, to design their annual gala—an event honoring notable senators for their contributions to women’s advancement. This bipartisan celebration brought together Republicans and Democrats to recognize the power of collaboration in supporting women. Tasked with elevating the guest experience from previous years, we reimagined key elements of the event, from creating a smoother, more intuitive check-in process to designing a refined photo moment that encouraged meaningful interaction and visibility. We also introduced a new stage design that not only elevated the overall aesthetic but thoughtfully focused attention on the honorees. The evening welcomed approximately 150 guests to the National Museum of Women in the Arts for an elegant and memorable celebration.
