Beetlejuice
Window display
This Beetlejuice-themed window display aimed to generate buzz around the new movie while celebrating the beloved franchise.
Inspired by the iconic waiting room, my team and i created a vibrant collage that incorporates elements from both films.
The lighting reflects the movie’s signature colors—greens, teals, and blacks—setting a whimsical yet eerie atmosphere.
the archer store
The objective for this project was to create a sophisticated retail environment that aligns with the hotel’s brand identity, to find the best modular wall system for the space, and to merchandise it.
The Archer store blends the welcoming but sophisticated atmosphere of The Archer Hotel and the urban life of New York City. The store borrows similar materials already existing in the interiors and exteriors of the hotel such as wenge wood and carbon steel.
The ALU TondoQuadro wall system works perfectly for the store as it embodies the trendy New York City store while providing enough flexibility to create multiple layouts.
Resilient artists

This exhibit explores the power of footwear as a symbol of resilience and expression, showcasing shoes worn by iconic figures like Bootsy Collins, Minnie Fiske, and Little Richard. Although from different eras and styles, these shoes share a deeper connection—representing individuals who broke barriers in their industries, fighting for artistic freedom, racial equality, and creative independence. Through these shoes, the exhibit tells the stories of their wearers’ struggles and triumphs, inviting viewers to reflect on the ongoing fight for self-expression and justice in the creative world.
The incorporation of a beam of light into this display shows resilience. This addition is inspired by the 9/11 tribute lights that honor the victims and symbolize the city’s strength and recovery after the attacks. This element serves as a powerful reminder of hope and resilience in the face of adversity.
In addition, the materiality of the display speaks for itself. Marble, while beautiful, is delicate, representing the fragility of the individuals in their industries. In contrast, stainless steel embodies durability, symbolizing their strength and endurance despite the challenges they face. Together, these materials physically express the resilience of these individuals, highlighting their ability to withstand and overcome adversity.
There are 3 touch screens in front of each object, these encourage visitors to play a game where one can explore the lives of Bootsy Collins, Minnie Fiske, and Little Richard. Players make key decisions that reflect each artist’s struggles for creative freedom and industry change. Through engaging choices and challenges, visitors experience the resilience and impact of these legendary figures while learning about their lasting contributions to music and theater.
Images of Little Richard, Minnie Fiske, and Bootsy Collin are projected onto the letters in the title while the cracks on the letters start to animate.

This window celebrates the majestic beauty of the jewel beetle, it draws inspiration from both the stunning jewel beetle collection in the insectarium at the American Museum of Natural History and the architectural beauty of the Gilder Center.
